A high focus for FSP is on excellent store standards and delivering the best products to our customers every time. A key element for this person/role is that they are an enthusiastic self-starter who has a keen eye for detail.The General Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Four Star Pizza store and working in conjunction with head office both on and off site. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.Maintain store cleanliness and organization.Ensure brand compliance at all times in store.Implement and comply with all SOPs.Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.Schedule shifts and manage payroll.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Customer Service:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.Implement customer service policies and procedures in line with company policies.Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability in line with our brand values and with support from head office.Monitor sales performance and set targets for staff.Coordinate promotional activities and events.Financial Management:Manage store budgets and financial records.Monitor expenses and optimize cost-efficiency.Prepare financial reports for head office.Qualifications:Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar role.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.Proficiency in MS Office and store management software.Must be numerically proficient.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for career advancement.Employee discounts on Four Star Pizza products.Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Performance bonusSchedule:Day shiftNight shiftWeekend availabilityExperience:Hospitality Store Management: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In personReference ID: 20241012
