Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reception and general office management duties

6. Act as the first point of contact for all RJS stakeholders and members of the public.
7. Assist Finance and Office Executive in General office duties, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
8. Maintain office systems and assist with the administration and support of the SharePoint, and CRM systems.
9. Assist the Finance and Office Executive in health and safety duties
10. Co-ordinate and support events organised by RJS as required.
11. AdministrationProvide administrative support to RJS Manager, Case Workers, Volunteers and Board Members.Support Service Manager in collecting and managing data for internal and external reporting.Minute taking of internal RJS meetings and other meetings as directed by your line managers.
12. Referral and Case related administrationManage referrals and associated processesAnswer queries relating to new and existing referralsManage recording of case progression, e.g., Court report submission, return date and court outcomes.Manage referral/case related statistical information and prepare monthly service report. Assist in the compiling of additional statistical information and report building as direct ed by line managers
13. Service DeliveryCoordinate attendance schedule for Restorative processes, including volunteers, representative of An Garda Siochana and any other stakeholders.Coordinate Restorative Awareness sessions as required.
14. Website and Social MediaEnsure RJS Website and Social Media are up to date
