Your Role at a Glance
As an HRIS Analyst, you’ll be the mastermind behind our HR technology, ensuring our systems run smoothly, data remains accurate, and HR teams have the insights they need to succeed. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* HRIS Management: Keeping the HR system running like a well-oiled machine—administering access, maintaining security settings, and optimising functionality.
* Data-Driven Insights: Turn raw HR data into actionable reports, dashboards, and trends that drive smarter decision-making.
* Streamlining HR Processes: Identify ways to make our HR systems faster, more efficient, and user-friendly.
* User Support & Training: Empower HR teams with the knowledge and tools to maximise HRIS capabilities.
* Compliance & Security: Ensure HR systems align with GDPR and other regulations.
* Project Leadership: Spearhead HR tech projects, from system upgrades to new feature rollouts.
What You Bring to the Table
* 3+ years of HRIS experience in a dynamic organisation.
* Proficiency in Access People XD (previously CoreHR) or similar HR systems.
* Strong expertise in HR metrics, KPIs, and analytics.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualisation tools.
* A passion for technology, problem-solving, and optimising processes.
* Excellent communication skills—you're confident working with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Bonus Points if You Have:
* A professional certification in HR data analytics.
* Experience supporting payroll processing and budget forecasting.
* A keen eye for identifying trends and patterns in HR data.
