Food & Beverage Manager
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel. This includes ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, managing financial performance, and leading a motivated team.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of all food service areas, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
* Implement and maintain high-standard operating procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, food quality, and cost control.
* Lead, train, and develop the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service.
* Monitor financial performance, including payroll management and gross profit targets.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain smooth service and operations.
* Drive sales and marketing initiatives within the food and beverage department.
Requirements
* Previous food and beverage management or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control in F&B operations.
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
