Senior IT Support Engineer
Contract | €250/day+ | Dublin
Our client is currently in search of a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to manage 2nd and 3rd-level support for both on-site and remote teams in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support globally for our client's end users.
2. Tackle intricate technical challenges encompassing software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure.
3. Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues, enhancing overall system stability.
Requirements:
4. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or hold relevant industry certifications.
5. More than 5 years of experience in a comparable technical support role.
6. Demonstrate proficiency with desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and SCCM.
7. Bring experience in working within a cloud environment, such as AWS or Azure.
