Fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Business Process Consultant, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
The role requires Programme Transformation experience in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver simpler, faster, more-automated and digital processes to improve customer and colleague experiences.
* Simplify processes, systems and journeys and reduce operational risk and waste.
* Support the delivery of a culture of continuous improvement and leave a sustainable and enduring capability for operational excellence across the Group.
Required Skills:
* Proven ability to deliver strategic customer, technical and business change initiatives in the financial services sector via process improvement/simplification.
* Experience in using agile methodologies.
* Ability to use Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve complex product problems, satisfy critical to quality customer requirements and eliminate waste.
* Proven track record in delivering large scale efficiency programmes via process improvement/simplification.
* Jira and Confluence experience desirable.
* Previous experience working as Scrum Master and operating in an agile framework desirable.
* Lean experience and qualification coupled with a formal Project Management qualification (Prince 2, PMP).
