Job Title: Credit Control Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract, based at our Limerick HQ with flexible hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the credit control process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Train and upskill team members on SOPs and KPIs to meet departmental goals.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for accurate financial reporting.
* Prepare in-depth reports and performance metrics, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
* Contribute to local, regional, and global projects as the company expands.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of proven experience in credit management or accounts receivable, ideally in a large business environment.
* Proficient in debtor management, credit term reviews, payment plan negotiations, and ensuring SOX compliance.
* Ability to oversee a credit control team, support colleagues, and drive KPI and SOP adherence.
