About Your New Job as a Manufacturing Engineer
* Partner with customers on New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives to enhance manufacturability and ensure timely project delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals and cost-saving objectives.
* Develop and maintain assembly documentation, including detailed work instructions.
* Provide training to production staff on assembly processes and best practices.
* Assist the maintenance team in planning preventive maintenance for assembly line equipment, and perform critical maintenance tasks as needed.
* Deliver technical support to production teams to resolve process or equipment issues.
* Support change management processes through implementation of quality tools such as FMEA and control plans.
* Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
What Skills You Need:
* NFQ Level 8 in Engineering, preferably in Electronic Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an Electronic Engineering manufacturing environment.
