Workshop Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and mechanically minded individual to join our team as a full-time Workshop Administrator.
* Able to work on their own initiative with strong organizational skills.
* Familiarity with autoview systems is an advantage.
* To maintain up-to-date knowledge of NSAI auditing, Health and Safety legislation, training, and standards.
* Covering reception duties, including greeting visitors and receiving office deliveries.
* Assisting the store manager in completing legal documents for vehicle conversions and body building.
* To undertake any additional tasks or activities as required.
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment during and after every job.
* Supporting operations and technical personnel with data communications.
* Participating in quality assurance, audit programs, and company initiatives as a flexible team player.
* Managing incoming calls and emails.
* Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a busy administrative role.
* Strong IT skills.
* Customer Service experience.
* Familiarity with light and heavy commercial vehicles is an advantage.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
* Responsiveness to management requests.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to operate as part of a team.
