A pivotal role within the senior management team is required for a Financial Controller in Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take a hands-on role in producing management and financial accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for two sites.
* Lead the budgeting and rolling monthly forecast, managing cash flow and identifying areas for improvement.
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to balance commercial returns and drive operational and material optimisation.
* Identify and implement new strategic improvements in profitability and review capital expenditure projects.
Requirements:
* A qualified accountant, ideally ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, with a proven background in manufacturing or recycling.
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and IT literacy, including Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent management abilities.
