Job Description
Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Digital team requires an IT Security Analyst to join the Digital Europe team.

The role requires someone experienced in providing cybersecurity assurance to IT teams. An organised and systematic approach to work is a must, as well as experience in information security, evaluating third party suppliers, and threat detection to ensure a secure IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Threat detection and assessment: Detect, assess risk and identify threats for new applications being introduced to IT landscape. Use security tools to monitor networks, systems and applications.
* Risk assessment and vulnerability management: Conduct regular assessment to identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and software.
* Integrate security requirements: Understand and integrate new security requirements introduced by the organisation.
* Assurance and procedure development: Provide assurance to cybersecurity lead that policies and best practices are being followed. Support in the development, or update of security policies and best practice.
* Escalation and incident response: Respond to security breaches, using online portal to report for escalation. Support IT department in issues mitigation.
* Compliance and reporting: Provide support to the IT department with compliance activities, ensuring the organization complies with relevant security standards, such as GDPR or ISO27001.
* User access management and security systems upgrades: Support with user access reviews for IT tools, and recommend upgrades or security improvements to systems.
* Monitor Compliance: Monitor compliance with penetration testing and controls to ensure a secure IT landscape.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience as a cybersecurity analyst.
* Proficiency in firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
* Experienced with industry standard cybersecurity frameworks, e.g. ISO 27001.
* Experienced at evaluating security of third party tools.
* Experienced at completing cybersecurity audits, recording incidents, and evaluating penetration tests.
* Able to perform user access reviews.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skill with an eye for detail.
* Background in consulting, specifically in Infrastructure and rail projects.
* Basic Power BI skills to develop reporting dashboards.
