Quality Manager (Commercial Development)
Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team. You will be based on site and play a key part in maintaining quality standards, managing compliance with BCAR, and driving continuous improvement on large-scale, high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain ISO standards and conduct audits as required.
* Investigate and resolve non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are effective.
* Develop and maintain quality plans, manuals, and documentation.
* Ensure site records and photographs are managed on digital platforms.
* Manage the BCAR process and oversee quality compliance on-site.
* Attend and coordinate meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and certifiers.
* Conduct walkthrough inspections to identify and resolve quality concerns.
* Collaborate with the Design Manager on product and technical submittals.
* Support team training and promote a culture of quality.
Requirements:
* Degree in a construction-related discipline.
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of BCAR and regulatory standards.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
* Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* Collaborative and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
