About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team, providing residential and day services to children and adults with medium to profound disability, including those with life-limiting conditions.
Our multidisciplinary teams comprise professionals from various fields, including psychologists, behavioural therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists.
Your Responsibilities:
* Work on a shift roster, engaging in daily activities and routines of the service
* Provide dedicated direct support to individuals we care for, contributing to their development, health, and wellbeing
Essential Requirements
* Hold a qualification at Level 7 or above in a relevant area, such as Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Education, or Youth & Community
* Hold a full manual driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland
* Be eligible and available to work with us
Desirable Qualifications
* At least one year's recent experience in the social services sector or disability area
