Role Overview
We are seeking a Behavioural Specialist to join our team. This full-time position involves hybrid working and travel across the north west region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments
* Design and implement evidence-based behavioural interventions
* Train and mentor staff to ensure effective intervention delivery
* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and annual reviews
Requirements:
* MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support
* Minimum 1 year experience in a behavioural support role
* Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or Irish Society of Behaviour Analysis (ISBA) membership
* Experience supporting children or adults in residential care, disability services, or mental health settings
* Full clean driving licence and access to a car
* Valid Garda Vetting and Overseas Clearance (if applicable)
