About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing and optimising processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with process owners to understand current operations
* Ensure completeness of current finance process documentation
* Facilitate process workflow modelling for process improvements and automation
* Highlight areas for improvement and identify weaknesses and risks
* Liaise with key management on identified inconsistencies and weaknesses
* Work on ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
* Qualification: Qualified ACA / ACCA accountant
* Experience: 5+ years post qualification experience (preferred but not essential)
* Project Management: Strong organisation and time management skills; experienced in leading change management
* Communication Skills: Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
* Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills with the ability to analyse business process and conduct compliance reviews
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, analytical and reconciliation skills
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
