About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our fitness franchise network across Ireland. This pivotal role involves identifying, engaging, and securing new franchise partners who align with our brand's vision and values. About the Role
As the Franchise Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and cultivate potential franchisees through various channels, including digital marketing, industry events, and networking.
2. Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the entire franchise sales cycle—from initial inquiry to contract signing—ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify strategic locations for franchise expansion, assessing factors like demographics, competition, and market demand.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment and support throughout the franchise onboarding process.
5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all franchise agreements and related documents comply with legal standards and company policies.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline status, and sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in franchise sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
2. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
3. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
5. Self-Motivation: A proactive and driven mindset, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Ireland as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend industry events.
