Eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a MI Analytics and Data Warehouse Manager .
This is a permanent position located with our client in Dublin.

Key Experience/Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of individuals to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
Mentor team members, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise MI requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
Deliver actionable insights through MI reports and dashboards to support customer decision-making and improve customer experience.
Lead and manage a team of MI Analysts and Data Warehouse team members, ensuring effective performance and team development.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's data warehouse, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Liaise with IT and other departments to ensure data quality and availability.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of MI data to support financial decision-making and reporting.
Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality MI reports and dashboards for financial analysis and planning.
Develop and implement MI best practices and standards to improve financial performance and efficiency.
Role Requirements: Minimum 5+ years' experience in data manipulation and analysis, with expertise in ETL processes, data warehouses, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g.
Power BI).
A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Finance), with IT Professional certifications beneficial.
Experience in managing and developing teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven experience in effective data warehousing and database management through ETL, data integration, MI analytics and reporting, data modelling, and use of business intelligence tools.
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of relevant industry and business processes.
Experience in data governance and security best practices.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
