Sales Administrator Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Tralee, County Kerry. The ideal candidate will work closely with the in-house sales team to provide competitive sales quotations for a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete quotation concisely on SAGE system directly from onsite survey documents
* Inform customers of technical aspects of products being sold
* Provide an exceptional level of customer service
* Complete quotations by referring to product codes within SAGE
* Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
* Keep management informed by submitting weekly quotation activity and analysis
* Stay up-to-date with new technologies as they are introduced
* Work with management to ensure all sales processes are adhered to across the company
* Collaborate with management to improve existing sales workflows and implement changes across the organization
* Complete 3D bathroom and feature wall designs
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar position
* Strong knowledge of home improvement products
* Ability to accurately price projects
* Strong IT skills and ability to use basic software
* Qualification in home improvements, construction, or similar topics is desirable
