Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's growing team in their property department. As a conveyancing solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors involved in property transactions.
* Conduct due diligence and property searches.
* Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth conveyancing process.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience in conveyancing.
* Proficient knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
