We’re looking for someone who:

The successful candidate will:
1. Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
2. Manage a busy switchboard, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
3. Provide PA support to the Managing Director and administrative assistance to Directors and staff.
4. Handle accounts tasks, including Accounts Payable, expense collation, and petty cash management, in collaboration with HPA Accounts.
5. Organise meetings and maintain company records, including timesheet compliance and annual leave requests.
6. Produce reports and format documents to a high professional standard using MS Office applications.
