The Opportunity RSM have a new and exciting opportunities for a Part Qualified Tax Associate to join our Tax team in a hybrid, work-from-home environment.
This position offers challenging, interesting, and rewarding work within a global network organisation and would allow the successful candidate to develop core specialisms across a variety of tax sub service lines including Corporation Tax, VAT, Global Employer Services and Transfer Pricing.
We will offer full exam support for the successful candidate, including continued in-house tax technical training and other L&D supports.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working on tax matters with partners and senior management on a portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
Preparing tax returns across all tax heads including income tax, corporation tax and VAT.
Working closing with our tax management team in the delivery of tax consultancy projects across different tax sub service lines.
Developing strong relationships with our clients and international RSM colleagues.
The Person The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter seeking a fresh challenge with a progressive firm.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Part qualified ACA/ACCA/ITI candidate with +1 years' experience in a tax role or accounting role involving tax functions.
Excellent technical/analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility and a team player.
Ability to work on own initiative taking work to completion stage for manager review.
