The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be confident handling calls and checking in customers. Essential skills: Strong phone handling and PC skills Organised, flexible and prepared to work as part of a team, with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and a co-operative and friendly manner Strong attention to detail Motor Industry experience preferred but not essential Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work on their own initiative Be able to work in fast paced work environment. Professional attitude Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls at Reception Manage the test centre diary Checking in vehicles for testing and repairs Handling credit card and cash payments Allocate tests and other work to testers Raise invoices for all tests Permanent Full Time hours: 40 per week Education: Previous experience in a test centre would be preferred Leaving Certificate Experience: Experience: Reception skills 2-3 years (preferred) Office or administration: 2-3 years (preferred) Skills: Reception Admin Office
