Job Title: New Account Manager - Ireland
About the Role:
The successful candidate will recruit and grow online Irish sellers on Amazon's marketplace and help them expand their businesses. The New Account Manager will be responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Amazon's third-party business.
2. Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
3. Share learnings with counterparts to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
4. Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth.
5. Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
6. Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
1. 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
2. English language fluency.
3. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
5. Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
7. Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in sales, business development, management consulting or product management.
2. Experience in e-commerce or retail.
3. Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
