**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Head Chef in ensuring the successful operation of the kitchen.
* Support the kitchen team in preparing food according to recipes and cooking standards.
* Train and guide Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs & Kitchen Assistants.
* Ensure regular training takes place with the kitchen team.
* Maintain and promote high standards of hygiene in food preparation, adhering to Company Policy and Statutory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification
* Previous kitchen experience as a Sous Chef
* High service standards
* Focused on maintaining high standards with excellent attention to detail
* HACCP Level 2 certification
