We are seeking to recruit a Facilities team lead to manage our general facilities team based on our pharmaceutical client site in Limerick. Role Responsibility Leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they provide the best possible customer service. Responsible for team of facilities technicians and the delivery of their KPIs. Responsible for facilities project team and the delivery of their KPIs. Responsible for health and safety procedures, and compliance within the group. Overall responsibility for work planning within the group Conducts team briefings with your direct reports, updating on best practices and continuing expectations. Monitors the performance of your direct reports conducting performance reviews and providing training and coaching where necessary. To be responsible for the recruitment process of any direct reports. The Ideal Candidate Experienced in delivering facilities services. Experience in leading and managing a high performing team. Strong planning backround within a facilities/maintenance environment. Strong communication & negotiation skills. Experience of implementing new initiatives and change management processes. Excellent relationship management abilities at all levels. IT Literate (knowledge of Microsoft products).
