The Role
:
1. Preparation of client entities' bookkeeping and accounts
2. Preparation of VAT returns to Revenue
3. Monitoring bank accounts daily and allocate rents, service charge and recharges receipts to the tenant accounts
4. Processing of supplier invoices for landlord payments and liaising with Property Managers to approve invoces for payment and advise on expense analysis
Requirements
5. Relevant accountancy qualifications such as ATI
6. Previous experience working in Property Management advantageous
7. Excellent IT skills
8. Efficient, reliable and thorough "can-do" attitude
