We are currently hiring for a Personal Assistant to CEO on behalf of our client, a leading multinational company in the retail sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in a fast-paced position.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and German, as they will be working closely with stakeholders based in Germany.
Key Responsibilities

* Providing high-level support to the CEO, including diary management and travel coordination

* Handling last-minute diary requests, ensuring adequate time allowances for meetings

* Working closely with EU-based stakeholders to coordinate meetings, events, and administrative tasks
">
* Coordinating meetings with stakeholders, setting agendas, and sharing meeting materials in advance
">
* Preparing reports and presentations
">
* Collaborating with a team of PAs to plan internal and external events
">
* Supporting onsite meetings by ensuring appropriate setup and catering
">
* Assisting with key strategic initiatives through ad-hoc project support
">
* Providing general administrative support

Requirements
">

* Solid experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
">
* Previous experience in a multinational company advantageous
">
* Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)

* Strong experience with Microsoft Office Package

* Meticulous attention to detail

* Professional demeanor, with experience working closely with senior leadership
