Betbyrne Representative - Retail Betting - Full Time or Part Time
36 Hours over any 3 days from 7, plus opportunities for additional shifts.
We are looking for a team member to manage a fast-paced and engaging betting environment.
Whilst we welcome applications from those with a betting shop background, we also want to talk to you if your experience is in other areas of the betting industry.

DUTIES DAY-TO-DAY
Your role will be working with the rest of the team; growing the customer base and loyalty, through great teamwork and customer service. You will report to head office who will ensure you are up to date with great skills for the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Building customer relationships, in order to create a great shop atmosphere and customer loyalty.
2. Ensuring company campaigns are promoted to our customers.
3. Accepting bets, accurate settlement, and payment of winning bets.
4. Monitor the activity of our competitors making sure we’re ahead of the game.
5. To take all possible steps to provide a safe working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
1. You will love working as part of a flexible team and enjoy the customer interaction element of the role.
2. Good with numbers and cash handling.
3. Great personal presentation and time keeping.
