We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Recruitment Manager to join our team. The Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and objectives, including recruiting internationally. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR tasks to support the HR function. This role is key for a fast-growing AI/software development company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent globally, in alignment with the company’s goals and values.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, for both domestic and international candidates.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies including contract and rate negotiations.
4. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates globally through networking, social media, job boards, and other channels.
5. Lead and mentor other internal recruiters and coordinators to ensure high performance and productivity in international recruitment efforts.
6. Partner with senior leadership to understand departmental objectives and create job descriptions and pipelines that attract suitable candidates from diverse backgrounds.
7. Draft employment contracts for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations in different jurisdictions.
8. Conduct HR tasks such as onboarding new hires, managing employee relations issues, conducting exit interviews, and facilitating performance management processes.
9. Manage HR lifecycle including probation reviews, annual and sick leave monitoring and other activities.
10. Collaborate with HR administration to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and HR processes.
11. Manage the company Culture and Values activities including Lunch and Learn, social activities, and Value Champion process.
12. Stay updated on international recruitment trends, legal requirements, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and processes.
13. Monthly recruitment reporting and measurement of KPIs for Balanced Scorecard.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 4 years proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role in the IT industry, with a focus on international recruitment.
3. Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends in global markets.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective international recruitment strategies.
5. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team across different regions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
7. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge of international employment laws and regulations, including IR35 contracting rules.
9. Experience in preparing the necessary requirements for ISO certification is an advantage.
