Due to growing demand and opportunities to support our clients, we are seeking a highly experienced candidate with an Infrastructure Construction Delivery / Cost Management commercial background. You will lead the acceleration of our construction and wider lifecycle linked services team to meet the growing requirement and opportunities across our market leading engagements. The perfect candidate will be an agile problem solver, who marries collaboration and client relationships skills with commercially aligned construction and/or infrastructure programme management delivery skills and expertise. Role Details: Key responsibilities will include: Identify, grow and develop key client relationships across our focus sectors - driving new pipeline of opportunities for execution. Increase our collaboration opportunities, and relationships in the construction and major programme delivery market, working closely with and leading multi-disciplinary teams for key client assignments. Draft, support, drive high impact and quality deliverables / delivery teams for our clients. Draft, support, drive high quality proposals and bid submissions to and for our target clients. Run construction linked PMO type assignments across real estate retrofit, and capital cost control/optimisation and cost management type assignments in key sectors. Engage as construction delivery risk expert in business case development. Be an active team member, sharing and collaborating for complete solution deliver for our clients. Support the growth of the team by coaching and leading more junior team members. Provide strategic insight on key infrastructure topics in both thought leadership and to clients directly as part of engagements. Keep abreast of key infrastructure procurement, contracting and delivery topics that are of relevance to our target sectors and clients. Support clients in navigating potential commercial construction claims and/or disputes as an expert in delivery risk areas. Develop and implement work plans and ensure adherence to key procedures such: quality control, allocating resources and complying with internal risk management procedures Other ad hoc duties as required The Candidate: Qualified with a relevant professional qualification and/or degree / masters level (ACA, ACCA, Construction Management, PM, QS, Cost Consultant, Engineering, etc.) Minimum 13+ years' hands-on experience in physical asset infrastructure delivery advisory in the target sectors. Detailed knowledge in either the transport (road, rail, public transport) or energy transition or Complex Facilities (incl Data Center) linked sectors in particular. Experience can be from the public sector, engineering consultancy, developer / equity industry, or professional services. Self-starter who is motivated and can work autonomously. Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail Good commercial acumen and ability to analyse information Experience with construction management programmes and softwares (e.g. P6) typically deployed in infrastructure clients PMBOK or related PMO qualification/certification a plus Willingness to travel internationally is a plus If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
