About the Role:
As Host & Reservations, you’ll be the first point of contact—whether it’s greeting guests at the door, managing bookings, or helping coordinate a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. You’ll work closely with the front of house and management teams to ensure our venue is always presented and prepared to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone, email, and online reservations efficiently
- Coordinate bookings across our restaurant, bar, and private event spaces
- Keep calm and organised during busy periods
- Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure smooth service
- Use reservation platforms like OpenTable and SevenRooms
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, confident, and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (front desk or host/hostess ideal)
- Familiarity with OpenTable or SevenRooms is a big plus
- A proactive attitude and love for guest experience
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
