Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Managing and motivating staff throughout the site and delegating duties when needed.
2. Implementing company operating standards on a daily basis.
3. Providing consistent management presence throughout the site and assistance to all departments during busy periods, taking a hands-on approach.
4. Ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times.
5. Prompt resolution of any customer complaints that may occur when on duty and reporting them in the handover diary.
6. Ensuring that all tills have sufficient change and comply with cash holding policies.
7. Processing a coin order.
8. Overseeing the till reconciliation for all the different departments.
9. Balancing the supervisor safe on a daily basis.
10. Conducting regular walks of the site both inside and outside.
11. Reporting any issues relating to store equipment, e.g., coffee machines, ovens, fridges not working, leaks, spillages, and damages.
12. Ensuring all staff dress and appearance are according to company policy.
13. Ensuring all staff under your supervision get their required breaks.
14. Being vigilant on the shop floor; watching out for any potential theft of stock.
15. Ensuring all staff members adhere to all regulations and legislation in place on site.
