This position will involve the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of clean utilities, including water for injection (WFI), clean steam, bulk gases, chemicals, process water generation, boilers, chillers, chemical dosing systems, cooling towers, air compressors, and other mechanical equipment. The successful candidate will work a 24/7 shift schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring equipment performance and interpreting readings on gauges, meters, and charts
* Maintaining daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities
* Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
* Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions and problems
* Operating facilities equipment and auxiliary equipment, such as pumps and compressors
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, possess logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and have a good understanding of utility systems and manufacturing equipment.
A National Craft Standard qualification or equivalent experience is required. Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
