Engineer Support and Services Administrator
Summary:
This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients and to our engineers. You will have a strong appreciation of engineering services, especially mechanical and electrical.

Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on all statutory works to ensure the client is compliant.
2. Bring all calls for assigned clients to billing stage.
3. Ensure all progress is captured and updated on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
4. Keep all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) worksheets compliant and updated regularly.
5. Respond to customer requirements in a timely manner.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
1. You will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Strong mechanical/electrical background.
3. Demonstrate an excellent aptitude for multi-tasking.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise work.
5. Strong planning & organisational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Good I.T. skills.
8. You will be good at building strong relationships with your colleagues and clients.
9. Ability to make decisions and work without close supervision.
10. Your experience and ability is more important to us than qualifications.
