Project Implementation Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Implementation Manager to join our client's modern and forward-thinking business in Tralee.
The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of the client's software solutions with their clients across both the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. This role involves establishing project scope and requirements, managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish project scope and gather requirements from clients in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
* Develop and implement project plans, report on progress, and identify and escalate issues to management as needed.
* Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
* Test final solutions for quality and prepare and deliver user training materials.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to run effective stakeholder meetings and project reviews.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
* Willingness to travel to clients for onsite meetings and training, with a full driving license.
* Desirable: degree-level education, project management experience, knowledge of project management tools and software, PMI/Prince certification, and competence with MS Office products.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
