We are hiring a Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator to join our L&D department at Matheson. In this role you will work across multiple development programmes (referred to as 'Pathways'), support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to the successful implementation of the firm's Learning Management Platform.
In this role you will
1. Support the launch, delivery and evaluation of our Pathway Programmes which are aimed at all lawyers and business service professionals, keeping the participant experience at the centre of how we deliver excellence;
2. Contribute to the overall success of a wide range of learning events by assisting with communications, monitoring attendance and engagement, in person and online event management, researching topics and skills, and working with speakers in their preparation and follow up;
3. Coordinate elements of induction for new colleagues joining the firm;
4. Support the organisation of learning events and campaigns aimed at the whole firm or specific cohorts which are designed to further enhance our culture, strengthen connection and engagement, and facilitate peer learning;
5. Coordinate the L&D event calendar, track attendance, prepare materials, consolidate feedback, liaise with external vendors;
6. Utilise our Learning Management System (LMS) to enable our team to promote continuous learning, curate content and build learning journeys aligned to themes of strategic importance across our business.

8. You are curious and willing to continuously grow your knowledge of internal IT systems that support the business;
9. You have strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
