Head of Sales - Bathrooms (Luxury & High Net-Worth Focus) We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead a elite Bathroom sales team, focused on delivering exceptional service and achieving ambitious sales targets with a customer base of high-net-worth individuals.
This role involves managing a team of five and contributing to both sales performance and margin goals, ensuring a luxury experience for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities Lead, Motivate, and Inspire: Manage and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Client Engagement: Respond to sales inquiries via phone and face-to-face interactions, providing bespoke, professional advice to high-net-worth individuals, ensuring each client receives tailored service and expert product recommendations.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding service, ensuring every transaction is seamless, and customer satisfaction is paramount.
Sales Excellence: Drive sales performance by presenting a full range of luxury bathroom products, exceeding individual sales and margin targets, and contributing to team success.
Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to suggest suitable alternatives, upsell, and promote cross-brand sales, advocating for in-house luxury brands.
Tailored Quotations: Create accurate, competitive quotes that align with the client's budget while adhering to company pricing policies, ensuring the luxury experience extends throughout the sales process.
Ongoing Client Relationships: Maintain close communication with clients throughout the order and delivery process, ensuring timely updates and smooth execution.
Showroom Excellence: Contribute to maintaining high showroom standards, ensuring a pristine and luxurious environment at all times.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of professionalism and operational excellence.
Key Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a management role within the luxury bathroom retail sales environment, with a focus on complex sales processes and proactive client engagement.
Industry Exposure: Experience within the construction or luxury sanitaryware sector is a plus, but not required.
