Job Summary
A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. The role combines elements of both supply chain management and operations, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
* Network Supply Planning: Develop and maintain the end-to-end Network Supply Plan for assigned products, ensuring timely delivery of materials including Raw Materials, Excipients, API, Drug Product, Packaging Components, and Finished Goods in accordance with commercial requirements.
* S&OP: Prepare data-driven analysis and present materials, insights, and recommendations during the monthly S&OP Supply Planning process, including the Monthly Supply Review meeting.
* Scenario Planning: Prepare strategic what-if product scenario analyses to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
* Systems: Support implementation of SAP planning functionally for current and future commercial products.
* Long Range Planning: Prepare data and materials for Long Range Plan, including input into inventory and sourcing strategies, supply planning for the 5-year horizon.
* Performance Management: Develop and report supply chain KPIs for the products assigned.
* Inventory Management: Support inventory strategy development and lead inventory processes for the assigned products to ensure material and product availability to meet demand and mitigate risks.
* Purchasing: Complete Purchasing and Order Management in the SAP ERP system.
* Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Act as supply chain lead contact for assigned materials/service Suppliers within the relevant SRM Teams (API, DP, Packaging).
* Representation: Represent the company across the network in a manner consistent with our Purpose and Values and the External Operations Vision of Excellence through Partnerships.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* 10+ years' work experience.
* Knowledge of and experience working in a GMP environment essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and knowledge of core aspects of operations management and supply chain management in the pharma sector are essential.
