We are seeking a professional and organised Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our clients well established law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while supporting smooth office operations and delivering exceptional client service.
Roles And Responsibilities
* Greet clients and manage front desk operations.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments.
* Prepare, format, and file legal documents.
* Maintain and organise client files (physical and electronic).
* Assist with court filings and legal submissions.
* Provide general administrative support to legal staff.
Experience And Skills
* Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in typing and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* Ability to be on site 5 days a week.
