Job Description
The Global Co-Innovation Acceleration (GCOA) team at Lilly is responsible for identifying and developing transformative innovation solutions. This critical role involves converting business challenges and opportunities into a technology strategy that maximises technological adoption.
This role requires challenging existing processes and policies to transform existing ways of working. The GCOA team must tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of Lilly, ensuring that the organization can effectively leverage technology to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategize multi-year technology roadmaps to enable business growth, ensure compliance, and reduce the complexity of key business and IT processes.
* Determine the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet company business goals and to ensure optimal use of technology.
* Work closely with stakeholders, management, and subject matter experts to develop and implement an organization's strategy, information, processes, and IT.
* Set the context, define common elements, and create patterns and standards to apply the details at a project level.
* Assist management and stakeholders in evaluating the business' mission and ensuring that the company uses its IT assets effectively.
* Document the process using multiple architectural models.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field.
* 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture innovation management, product development, or a similar role.
* Experience in future state design of automation, including Robotic Process Automation, integration, and Microsoft Power Platform.
* Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects and initiatives.
* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
* Ability to leverage data analytics and market research to drive innovation.
* Visionary and forward-thinking mindset.
* High level of creativity and curiosity.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and integration with enterprise systems like SAP.
