1. Achieving or exceeding your Monthly Service sales and Margin targets consistently
2. Maximising potential sales opportunities for your division by identifying the key target market sectors
3. Exercise your commercial acumen to ensure we provide viable solutions to our customers’ needs whilst achieving or exceeding our target margins.
4. Continuously educate yourself on the products and services offered to ensure you personally align with our value proposition: Masters of detail, Endlessly Reliable, Trusted partners.
5. Develop your knowledge of our competitors in your sector enabling you to identify and sell our competitive advantage.
6. Ensure that all estimated projects assigned to you are followed up professionally resulting in a high yield of orders
7. Work closely and collaborate with the Service Sales manager ensuring all cross-selling opportunities are maximised and we consistently meet/exceed our monthly and yearly sales objectives.
8. The ideal candidate will be fully conversant with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
