Your Role as Finance Business Partner
As one of nine Finance Business Partners, you will report to the Head of Finance and business unit Director, providing financial management services. This includes responsibility for developing and coordinating revenue/capital budgets, managing financial reporting systems, completing annual financial statements, treasury management, governance arrangements, and supporting strategic and operational planning. Your role will play a key part in ensuring effective and sustainable services, informing operational manager decision-making, and upholding strong financial governance.
This is an opportunity to work on the financial management and efficient use of resources within business units, working closely with various departments to build relationships and drive results. Your role will be similar to that of an industry Financial Controller, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial guidance and expertise.
Key Requirements for Success
You must be a qualified Accountant, holding a CPA, ACCA, Chartered or CIMA designation, with excellent financial management skills. We welcome candidates from practice or industry backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on communication skills. Building relationships with various departments will be essential to your success in this role.
What You Can Expect
