As part of the Hotel Management team, you will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the Hotel whilst ensuring our guests have a positive experience.

MAIN DUTIES:
* Conference Business: Organizing, planning, and coordinating upcoming conference business, liaising with conference organiser, Executive Chef, Reservations Manager, Management Team, and relevant Department Managers regarding specific detail. Compiling and issuing detailed releases, relevant updates and distributing to relevant areas.
* Deliver and develop a high level of conference/event product and guest experience to be the premier offering within the property's competitive sector.
* Deliver and develop a professional Meeting & Event delegate experience that delivers on time, every time.
* Application of excellence regarding level of detail surrounding all Conference & Event information.
* On-going maintenance of all Meeting & Event areas, via consistent reviews and inspections and subsequent logging and following up.
* Reports to Managing Director & General Manager.
* Software Familiarity: Knowledge of all aspects of Opera to ensure maximum yield of hotel sales to maximize revenue. Also, familiarity with sales databases to ensure effective chase of business.
* Yield Management of Diary: Work closely with both reservations and sales teams monitoring all diary entries, ensuring maximum yield of hotel. Reporting Weekly at sales meeting.
* Daily liaising with Reservations Manager and Sales Manager regarding specific operational issues.
Person Specification:
* Professional, with a warm, friendly, and engaging persona.
* Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
* Have a working knowledge of all hotel departments.
* Come from a strong Hotel Background in 4*/5* Hotels.
* 2-3 Years Prior experience at management level.
* Calm under pressure and be able to deal with difficult situations as they arise with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Be an ambassador for the property both internally and externally.
* Have fluent English.
