Job Summary
As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will support our executives by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting in various projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is eager to grow within a thriving SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
* Schedule meetings, appointments, travel, and events for executives.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient use of time.
Communication Support:
* Handle internal and external communications, including email correspondence.
* Draft, proofread, and format documents and presentations.
Administrative Support:
* Organize and maintain records, files, and documents.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Process expense reports and invoices.
Meeting Coordination:
* Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
* Assist with setting up virtual or in-person meeting spaces.
Project Assistance:
* Support executives on special projects and initiatives.
* Conduct research and provide insights as needed.
* Act as a liaison between executives and various departments.
* Assist in fostering team communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (experience in a SaaS or tech environment is a plus).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Slack).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of the Company's total compensation package for employees.
