Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Electrical Project Manager to join our client, a leading High Voltage and Medium Voltage engineering services company. Due to increased project awards in the renewable energy sector, our client is looking for a results-driven leader with a passion for high-level project management in the HV/MV sector.

The Role:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project management activities, ensuring that all site work is carried out to high standards. You will also communicate effectively with key stakeholders, provide regular status reports to the PMO, and use your technical knowledge in electrical systems to drive cost reductions and maintain project budgets.
You will lead and motivate your team to meet deadlines, solve problems, and maintain a high level of safety and performance. Additionally, you will liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
The Person:
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
* 10+ years of experience in the UK/Irish markets.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to manage projects under pressure and ensure deadlines and budgets are maintained.
* A willingness to travel nationwide (company vehicle provided).
* A strong technical understanding of electrical systems; experience in civil engineering is a plus.
