This Role;This office-based sales advisor assists our customers and partner network in determining SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility.
Once the proposal is presented to the client, it's the responsibility of the Sales Advisor to discuss the proposal with the homeowner, guiding them on pricing, project timelines and recommending home energy upgrade measures with the best value and clients ROI in mind.Following this stage, clear communication and strong attention to detail is key in collaborating with the Analytics, Design, and Documentation teams when formulating a plan for starting and project managing these upgrades. This position requires a demonstrated understanding of Building Energy Ratings ( BER ) and ideally, the various SEAI grant schemes.Comprehensive SEAI grants scheme training will be provided.Working under the One Stop Shop scheme, Community Energy Grants ( CEG ) Better Energy Homes ( BEH ), Vacant & Derelict and other schemes available, you will be advising homeowners and professionals on these projects using the information prepared by the sales administration teams.
