Logistics Asset Technician Role:
You will play a critical role in managing inbound and outbound hardware operations, processing returns and new inventory, and fulfilling hardware requests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pick, pack, label, and ship high-value IT assets securely and on time.
2. Process hardware and accessory requests through the client's ticketing system efficiently.
3. Handle returned hardware from active and off-boarded employees, categorizing assets into One Week Hold or Indefinite Legal Hold, and grading for re-use.
4. Conduct systematic updates in the inventory system to track movements for deployed and returned hardware.
5. Receive, inspect, and process new hardware inventory into the system accurately.
6. Perform monthly inventory counts, ensuring all items are logged and stored in designated areas.
7. Address client escalations and resolve issues promptly.
8. Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.
9. Support ad hoc projects assigned by management based on client needs.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience working in logistics and warehousing.
* Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Sheets/Docs).
* Familiarity with inventory management tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Effective time management skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Team-oriented.
* Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills.
Desirable Criteria:
* 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
* Previous experience in Warehouse, Retail, Customer Service, Manufacturing.
* Forklift qualifications preferable.
