Job Description
Cubbie, a fast-growing social impact technology company, is currently looking to expand its team with the addition of a full-time Installation / Maintenance Operator.
Who We Need
1. Practical hands-on experience working with hand tools and power tools.
2. The ability to learn quickly and take instructions.
3. The flexibility to travel to installations and maintenance call outs in Ireland and the UK.
4. A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work as an individual or in a team.
5. Enthusiastic self-starter with some mechanical and/or electrical experience would be an advantage.
6. A full driver’s license.
Role and Responsibilities
1. On-site installations, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of the Cubbie product.
2. Follow detailed checklists and procedures to ensure successful installation.
3. Carry out annual maintenance checks and customer call outs to address any open issues.
4. Component assembly and testing.
5. Warehouse control and stock movement.
6. Quality management.
7. Interfacing with customers to ensure successful installations.
Qualifications and Skill Sets
1. A formal education is not required for this role, but knowledge or a certificate in Mechanical or Electrical would be an advantage.
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
4. For van insurance purposes – candidates must have a clean, full driver’s license and have been driving for more than 3 years.
