Job Title: Responsible Person and Quality Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Responsible Person and Quality Manager. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, improving quality management systems, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
* Act as the Responsible Person for compliance, overseeing all quality assurance practices.
* Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and EU GDP guidelines.
* Facilitate and participate in regulatory audits and client inspections; conduct internal audits and supplier evaluations.
* Drive a culture of quality within the organization through training and awareness programs.
* Manage and prepare documentation for Quality System Management Reviews, ensuring all outcomes are tracked and reported.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
* Location: Ireland
* This role involves occasional travel within the UK for audits and inspections.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Quality Management, etc.).
* Solid experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
* Valid qualifications as a GDP Responsible Person.
* In-depth understanding of GDP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 regulations.
* Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Willingness to adapt to a dynamic working environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
