* Supervise food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
* Obtain supplies, control raw materials, and prepare food using fresh, Irish produce.
* Ensure food preparation meets group standards, complete paperwork, and maintain hygiene and safety.
* Develop cleaning schedules, ensure security, and handle administrative procedures.
* Conduct security checks, receive deliveries, and induct new staff.
* Maintain stock control, deliver menu planning, and understand Health and Safety policies.
* Multi-task in a high-energy production kitchen, exhibit organisational and relationship management skills.
* Champion business initiatives, work unsupervised, and remain calm under pressure.
* Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail, with highly developed influencing and leadership skills.
* Previous experience as a Head Chef in a working kitchen.
* Knowledge of Kitchen Health & Safety Procedures and legislative requirements.
* Experience in stock control, high-quality food production, and recognised professional culinary qualification.
* Knowledge of audit requirements, strong organisational skills, and excellent people management and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
